ABOUT TECHNOLOGY
The advanced technology developed by SK Grup Teknoloji is designed based on the Hazardous Gas Treatment Plant. This complex includes the Plaron Reactor, which provides advanced treatment of harmful gases and pollutants, the Flotation Device where the final product is filtered and collected, the Operator Control Unit, which is a fully automated system managed by a single specialist, and additional auxiliary equipment. The technology developed by SK Group Technology is universal. This innovative method removes mechanical, vapor and gas phase contaminants without the use of any chemical reagents. The purity level of smoke emissions and the useful carbon obtained varies depending on the type of fuel used.
Removal rate of dust particles (60-99.95%): Aerosol and harmful gas phase pollutants, e.g. SO₂ (55-95%), NOₓ (50-85%), CO and CO₂ (55-97.6%) and others.
In addition, the technical specifications remain virtually unchanged throughout the lifetime of the system. Our treatment modules are almost completely insensitive to the nature of the pollutant particles, which can have any chemical composition or electrochemical properties.
